Hip Hop State Finals - Greensboro NC

Lily's hip hop group came in 2nd in the Regional and competed in State Finals today in Greensboro, NC.   Greensboro isn't very far away, however..we had to register at 7:30a this morning.   The early registration warranted a night at a hotel w/ a pool (of course).

Check out the pics and the videos.    In the performance, Lily is in the back right-hand corner with pigtails.  She is also the one  doing the flip over the boys back mid-routine.

At the hotel pool Sidney yells to me ... "Mommy, I don't  need you anymore... ... to float" and she's right, check out her floating...

So - then like any good sister, she decides to teach Lily how to float properly...

Then they were floating fools...

I swear my kids were mermaids in another life.  They could spend hours at the pool...
