Sick Kids Waiting for Santa

Why does colds have to strike at the most inopportune times? Sidney got sick on Friday - runny nose, cough and just blah... Lily followed suit yesterday. Both are sick today. Coughing, running/stuffy noses, etc. etc. Poor kids, they are trying to keep going because it's Christmas and they want to...play. Yesterday Lily did go to her last ballet class of the semester and that seemed to get her body energized and feeling better. Then, we had our family get together with Scott's sister Terry, her girls and his mom. They got lots of cool presents and were doing well until night. Overnight, I slept with coughs, stuffed up noses and general restlessness. Today we are snuggled inside, resting and getting some doctor mom treatment. Let's hope it goes away before Tuesday!
